Newb importing for the first time

Hello,
I am new to beets and am importing a test file for the first time and when i import i am seeing the linked output: https://pastebin.com/raw/J4gW0wGa on Windows 10
This is the version information that i am running
beets version 1.4.8
Python version 3.6.8
no plugins loaded
