Exclude all but US (non-vinyl) releases from matching?

Hi
New to beets; somewhat intimidated by the amount of user interaction required cataloging my music collection (and in terminal window, to boot). Using beets docker on unRaid.

Is there a way to limit the music tagging to US CD and/or digital (iTunes) releases? The number of lists I have to wade through for each disk just to find the lone US CD release is epic. And I haven’t bought vinyl since the 80’s.

Any helpful advice?

I have a fair amount of experience with computers, but limited with linux-based. I’m comfortable working in terminal, but that doesn’t mean I know what I’m doing, LOL.
