Strange characters in Windows output

hi there,

i am getting some strange characters in beets output. See the examples below:

[32;01m…[39;49;00m>
[34;01m…[39;49;00m

I am running on Windows 7 with beets version 1.60 and python 3.8.6 which is freshly installed.

Any suggestion how i can rid of those characters ? Thanks !
