When I invoke beet to edit ‘album’ and make changes it moves the album to new folder according to edit but artifacts are not moved. It there is a way to tell beet to move all files in particular folder such us .cue .log etc… ?

No, that’s not currently possible with beets itself. You might be referring to the “copyartifacts” external plugin, however, with which I’m less familiar.
