# Using Beets to grab \*song\* artwork

Revisiting Beets after a couple of years…

I experimented a bit trying to get the artwork for my music collection and eventually realized I could only get images for whole albums vs individual songs (at least, that’s how it was explained to me).

Is that still the case? - I have about 1000 individual songs that I’ve lovingly clean up and each one is “perfect” except for the fact there is no artwork.

Can Beets help me with this?
